Welcome to the CARS online training platform. Training options are available across two projects, Advance Behavioral Health Prevention California (ABHPC) and the Pacific Southwest Mental Health Technology Transfer Center (MHTTC).

ABHPC is funded by the California Department of Health Care Services to provide training and technical assistance services to prevention professionals at no-cost. The online trainings available through this platform focus on foundational prevention concepts relevant to behavioral health prevention professionals and their partners to advance evidence-based prevention practices.

Funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Pacific Southwest MHTTC serves the priorities of SAMHSA Region 9, including: Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau. We offer training, technical assistance, and resource dissemination that supports the mental health workforce to adopt and effectively implement evidence-based practices (EBPs) across the mental health continuum of care.
